The batteries that we dispatch to you will be almost fully charged, your UPS will complete a full charge and this helps it reset to the new battery cell, until this charge has completed you will not have the full runtime protection available, you will find its better to allow the system to run without load to start while it completes the first charge to reset the new battery energy level
