section of this Website, please read below very carefully....... If you
believe you battery is faulty then there are reasons that you may not have considered
as outlined here Batteries in particular
can be prone to problems if not treated correctly, they do have a shelf life
and will degrade over time. Always fully Charge a rechargeable battery before
first use (Particularly important with Laptop batteries as the smart chip will
not recognize the cells if it is run down to far before first charge). Before
you get maximum capacity from a battery you will need to fully charge and discharge
for the first 5/10 times, you may find that a new battery will only charge a
little bit then stop charging, this is normal just take off charge, allow to
cool and put it back on again, your battery will become warm during charging,
this is normal but if you are concerning disconcert from power and seek further
advise. Batteries that
are constantly charged and discharged in small amounts or left on charge semi
permanently will damage both the battery cells and the chargers, always read
the instructions that came with your charger. If you are still having
a problem the raise a support ticket to outline the problem and what you have
attempted to resolve the issue with all your details and order number, and if
the issue cannot be resolved we can raise a RMA ( Return merchandise Authorisation
) on your behalf to enable you to return the item to us for the appropriate
action. |
