Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs are shown in the left hand Pane when items are added to the shopping cart, these costs are for UK Mainland, if you are outside this area then you will need to proceed to login so the site knows what country you are in for shipping, this is before any payment info is requested.

We reserve the right to change our shippers without notice.

We currently ship by Royal Mail Signed for delivery upto 1.25 kilos and Intial City Link over and above that, In Europe we currently send Airsure International or International Signed For.

All delivery is for next working day in the Uk but we do not Guarantee, Europe deliveries make take another day depending on your location.

Where ever possible we will provide all purchasers with a tracking number by email to track incoming parcels.

We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum, because we ship to many European countries it is impossible to show how much shipping will cost until the Website knows what country you are based, after you enter your shipping country at the end of the shopping cart then shipping costs are made available, this is before you pay for the goods.

Should you receive a product that is damaged due to shipping, notify the shipping company, and be prepared to show the package and the contents for an insurance claim.

We suggest that when signing for the package that appears damaged that you state the package is damaged to the shippers there and then.

If your order is missing parts, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will promptly rectify the shortage.

Should it be necessary to return your order, please contact us in the first instance by email with the reason why, you must quote your order number with all correspondence, and we will take action to get a replacement shipped to you (contingent upon stock) We reserve the right to test returns prior to replacement or refund, if you ship goods back to us they are your responsibility until we acknowledge receipt, returns best sent recorded in some way (at your cost).

Before you consider returning a battery please note that all new batteries are discharged and must be fully charged before use, this is generally true of all types of rechargeable batteries.

We normally recommend a prolonged initial charge (although not always needed) to get the best from your new rechargeable battery, always refer to your users manual for charging instructions.

It is best to fully charge and discharge new batteries for the first 3/4 times you use it, you may find you have to do this upto 10 times, this will help to condition the battery for you, to reach its full capacity. You may find that the battery will become warm to the touch during charging and discharging, this is perfectly normal but if you are concerned disconnect from power and seek further advice.

New batteries are sometimes difficult for your charger to charge, the first time round they may require conditioning to get the best out of them, they may only charge for a short time and then stop, if this happens disconnect and reinsert to start the progress again, this is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about, you may have to do this several times during your initial charging period.

Batteries that are only used for a short period then charged over and over again may lose there capability faster than others fully discharged before recharging, further many chargers are not suitable to be charged over night or for long periods of time, this can also damage battery cells, read the instructions that came with your charger.

Items returned will not be accepted without original Packaging etc.

Products for exchange or refund are not returnable after 14 days!

After this period we may choose to repair a faulty battery depending on circunstances.

Orders returned maybe subject to a 25% restocking charge.
