When you receive your new Otto-Bock mobility replacement batteries from us, ensure it gets a good charge and before use, it will take a number of uses before they are able to accept a full capacity charge, this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process that all rechargeable batteries will go through.

The very best way of looking after your new batteries are to charge after every use, try not to use more than 50% of the available capacity, at least not on a regular basis, it’s when the cells are partially or fully discharged that any degrade will take place, so by ensuring you minimise this to your best ability will prolong the life span of them.
