ELU battery

ELU battery, ELU batteries, replacement rechargeable Elu cordless power Tool batteries, the ELU brand is German and goes back many years to 1928, the company have spent many years producing sought after tools for industry and particular wood working industry, in the 1970s the company was well known for its innovative woodworking equipment including the double mitre saw and table saws, and in the late 70s had very modern computer controlled warehousing and logistics.

Then in 1984 ELU split off its ELU name and sold its Mobile tool side of the business to Dewalt, in fact many of the batteries used in the Dewalt tools are also used in the ELU tools and are interchangeable.

The Old ELU company changed to Elumatec and is still going very strong producing large automatic screwing and routing machines for the industry.
