Beta is probably best known for off-road motorcycles, it started life in Italy at the turn of the previous century, 1904, as a bicycle manufacturer and moved over to motorcycles after World War two with a focus on two-stroke street bikes and it would be almost two decades later that it would progress into off-road Enduro and scramblers and now well known within the competitive trials arena to have a dedicated following.

If your Beta or Betamotor motorcycle is not being used on a regular basis, maybe only when the season is favourable then do the battery a favour. Remove it from the frame and recharge it every six weeks until you are actively riding it again.

Charge your new battery fully when it arrives and first use. It will take several longish uses in the Beta Motorcycle before its able to hold a full capacity charge, this is quite normal and part of the conditioning process they will all go through.
