This set includes two batteries for the Ecomobi MS02 & Pro mobility scooter.
The Ecomobi MS02 & Pro is a four-wheel electric mobile scooter with LED headlights and all the usual extras. The pro version has a few more extras, but both versions share the same frame. The standard box takes a pair of 12Ah batteries, which can be upgraded to 14Ah batteries. Now there is an option with a larger box; it's a few inches taller, and you can see the difference in one of the pictures above. It sits proud to the body; this takes 22ah and can be selected in the easy upgrades if this is the box you have.
Installing the Ecomobi MS02 & Pro batteries is fairly simple. They are stored underneath the seat and are contained in a plastic battery box. If you have ever put one into the car, you have already taken it out. It only requires a screwdriver and twenty minutes of your time, but you can also arrange for us to collect and do it for you if you prefer.
The Ecomobi MS02 & Pro mobility scooter batteries require no maintenance, but that does not mean they do not need charging. This kind of battery can withstand many thousands of charges, but only if it is discharged a small amount. Therefore, you should charge the battery after every use and never leave it partially discharged. Never charge for more than 24 hours, and if not used for long periods, charge every four to six weeks.
When bought new, the standard batteries that come with the Ecomobi MS02 & Pro would have been a pair of 12V 12AH sealed lead batteries. For sale: a direct replacement for that; however, we can offer an upgrade. This upgrade would allow the user to travel farther between charges, and, more importantly, leave more charge in it after use. Starting a charge from a higher percentage will benefit the battery and will make it last longer overall. Plus, of course, if you have the larger box 22ah.
