The CTM HS585 is a medium sized 4 wheeled mobility scooter with a 500w motor producing a maximum speed of 5 mph, comes as standard with rear view mirror and lights, the standard fit batteries for this are a pair of 12-volt 35-amp hour and that is what this offer is for. The batteries are valve regulated sealed lead acid, they will not leak and can be mounted on the side, they are safe for travelling due to the AGM technology including air planes but you should check with airline at point of booking flight.
Although the batteries will come to you almost fully charged, the first charge is always important, so make sure you do it before first use; charge after each and every use; do not make the mistake of running down the battery when it's not needed; if you do, you will shorten the life expectancy, and it will cost you more money as you will need to replace the batteries sooner. Also, if you are not using them, a top-up charge every four weeks will help.
