- Invacare Turbo battery replacement
When your Invacare Turbo order arrives, the batteries will be nearly fully charged. However, you should perform a full initial charge before first use. Simply charge them until the charger indicates it's finished; don’t skip this step, as it may reduce battery lifespan.
It will take a few charging cycles for the batteries to reach full capacity, which is normal. Always charge your batteries after each use and avoid leaving them partially discharged. Never fully discharge them, as this can shorten their lifespan. If not in use, charge them beforehand and top them off every four weeks, but don't leave them on the charger for more than 24 hours.
These 12-volt AGM batteries are safe for home and travel, including flights (confirm with your airline). Many mobility device codes are similar, so check carefully to ensure you're ordering the right pack. If uncertain, check your old batteries for dimensions and markings. These batteries are recyclable; you can find more recycling information in the footer of this page.
