The Roma Medical Shoprider Altea is a lightweight travel-type mobility scooter. It can be easily disassembled into much smaller and lighter pieces to make it easier to transport into the back of a car. It comes in both three-wheeled SL7-3 and 4-wheeled SL7-4 versions; this offer is for a matched pair of 12v 10ah batteries which are fitted as standard. No maintenance is required; two batteries are supplied in this set.

Fitting is easy; remove your battery pack from the scooter and put it on a bench or other suitable surface. Undo the screws hold the top and bottom parts together, and carefully lift off the lid to expose the batteries. It might be an idea to take a quick picture with your camera phone should you need a reference, but all you need to do is swap the batteries over one at a time and put it back together; it should take no more than five or ten minutes.

We suggest you fully charge your new Altea batteries before using them for the first time; it will not take long as they will be almost there.
