The Quickie Hula can be used indoors and outdoors. With mid-wheel drive, it turns well on its axis and, at just 25 inches wide, easily gets through doors and is manoeuvrable in confined spaces. It also performs well on rougher terrain, with increased stability and traction, and offers modular features such as seating that can be changed or adapted to suit the user's requirements, with a maximum weight of 21.4 stone.
We can offer a few battery variations; this offer is for a pair of 35Ah batteries, but we can also offer 41Ah batteries, and if you prefer GELS, both options are available in the alternatives tab or easy upgrade section.
These batteries are valve regulated sealed lead acid, they will not leak due to the absorbed glass mat construction or AGM as they are often referred to, this also means they are safe to use around the home and for travelling as they are not hazardous.
Although the batteries will arrive almost fully charged, you should still fully charge them before first use. We strongly recommend charging after every use as soon as you can, as it is never advisable to leave the batteries partially discharged any longer than needed. Never deliberately run them down; this will only shorten the expected lifespan. If not being used, charge every four weeks, but not for more than 20 hours at a time.
