The Drive Titan is a powerful wheelchair with a lot to offer. With a powerchair designed for both indoor and outdoor use, you can go wherever you want. With a range of up to 15-miles on a single charge, the Drive-Titan gives you plenty of opportunities to explore without worrying about a flat battery. Your comfort is important and provides it with adjustable controller mount length, a height-adjustable reclining seat, and removable/adjustable padded armrests. A removable headrest and padded upholstery contribute to the most comfortable driving experience possible. Furthermore, transfers are made simple by a swivel seat and a height-adjustable, flip-up footplate, which allows for a comfortable transfer in most situations.

Taking care of your new Drive Titan powerchair batteries
Most users will not notice, but it will take several charges and discharges in your equipment before it is capable of accepting a full capacity charge. Every rechargeable battery is like this and is completely normal. Once you've finished using your equipment, charge the batteries; don't leave them in a partially discharged state for any longer than necessary. Never try to discharge the batteries; doing so will only result in a shorter life with this type of technology. If the batteries are not used for an extended period, make sure they are fully charged first, then top up every four weeks but do not leave them on a charger for more than 24-hours.

Within this manual is a huge amount of information regarding your powerchair that you should have access to when needed. When it comes round to replacing your batteries, do not fear. The process is fairly simple and will only require a screwdriver and some of your time. They will be stored underneath the seat, once you have removed that and have access to the batteries, you will see each one has two wires to it. Carefully remove these, put the new batteries in place and connect up the wires to the new ones.
Environmentally Friendly
These are sealed lead-acid batteries, and as the name implies, they are primarily made of lead. This also applies to your old batteries, so please make sure they are taken to a facility that can deal with this product and transform this into something new, as lead is recyclable.
