This set has six batteries for the Textron EZ-GO TXT PDS golf cart.
The standard batteries supplied for the EZ-GO TXT PDS golf cart are flooded. However, you can upgrade to the AGM, which eliminates the requirement of adding any liquid. These can be selected in the easy upgrade section.
Maintaining these batteries is straightforward but vital for ensuring their longevity. Regularly check the water levels in each cell, topping them off with distilled water as needed, but be careful not to overfill. Keep the terminals clean and corrosion-free, which can be achieved with a simple mixture of baking soda and water applied with a wire brush. Charging should be done using a charger specifically designed for the EZ-GO TXT PDS's 36-volt system.
Please charge after every use, and when not in use for longer periods, a top-up once a month will help slow down the natural self-discharge.
