The Sealake FM12300 and Sealake FM12330 compatible replacement battery is valve regulated and sealed, it will not spill and liquid even if mounted on its side, it is also not-hazardous so safe for use indoors, it is more often seen in things like Golf cart trolleys and in pairs to make 24-volt used mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
This type of battery likes to be kept charged so if it is being used in a device that requires human interaction for its charging cycle then our best advice would be to charge before first use, charge as soon as you can after every use and if not being used for long periods then charge every four to six weeks.

Ordered two of these batteries, been using them for a couple of weeks now, everyday, have no complaints, the whole ordering a delivery process was smooth, the product appears to be quality, of course only time will tell that for sure, but so far very pleased and would certainly use again.
