It's not always obvious, but reaching full battery capacity may take up to ten charges, along with regular use of your device. This is a normal part of the conditioning process. After usage, recharge the batteries as soon as possible. Don't leave them in a partially discharged state. Avoid deliberately discharging them completely, as this will not reset them but will reduce their overall lifespan. If you don't use your equipment regularly, charge the batteries beforehand and recharge them every four weeks. However, do not leave them on the charger for more than twenty-four hours at a time.
These batteries are designed for deep cycling, making them ideal for this type of application. VRLA and AGM cells are leak-proof and non-hazardous, making them suitable for travel. No maintenance is required except charging, which we detail on this page for both VRLA and AGM batteries.
