After placing your order and upon receipt of your new battery pack you may will note that they have a good charge in them, but you should still charge them fully before using for the first time. if you are using the battery in something like a UPS system you can skip this step as it will complete the charge for you after installation automatically. and do a far better job of it than you could do manually. just charge them until your charger LED lights indicate that it is ready, it will probably not take very long. make sure you do not miss the initial charge (unless as stated above), doing so may well reduce overall life expectancy.
