This small battery is found in many types of devices, from passenger lifts or elevator intercom systems to portable music speakers.
We will deliver this battery with a reasonable charge, but it is always good practice to fully charge a new rechargeable battery when it arrives and is first used. If it is going in a piece of equipment with its own mains-connected charging circuit then it will probably do an excellent job of maintaining the energy level for you.
If, however, it is to be fitted within a portable device then the best advice we could offer would be the charge it after every use.
