This is a starter battery for your scooter, and if you look after it the it should be then it will last a long time, the problem we find is that the use of the motorcycle is seasonal, when the suns out then so is the scooter, that does not do the battery any good so during our rainy spring autumn and winter, oh and probably half of out summer too we would recommend taking the battery off the machine, charging it on a regular charger and store off a cold garage floor in a frost free area, then recharge every 6-weeks, that way when the sun finally does come out you will still have a perfectly serviceable battery. We do not recommend leaving them on a trickle charger, just charge until a full capacity charge has been reached and remove.
