The ATV-3EC is a base model manufactured in China and imported by several distributors as different brands into the marketplace, perhaps with slightly different modifications and decals.
We can supply the batteries for the standard 12ah model; these can also be replaced with 14ah for more miles per charge. We can also supply the 20ah version as 22ah and even 26ah, although the 26ah is about 1.5mm taller. We do not supply the bag, just the batteries.
This page will be for the ATV-3EC 12ah, the upgrade to the 14ah (same physical size) will be selectable above under easy upgrades, as will the larger 22ah to replace the 20ah, and the 26ah.
If you do not know what battery set you have, the 12Ah batteries are about 10cm tall; they can be upgraded in your bag to 14Ah. The 20Ah batteries are about 19cm tall; these can go right up to 26Ah.
So far, all 12ah ATV-3EC versions have had screw-down terminals (often hidden under a layer of glue that easily peels off), but it's always possible the terminals might be push-on. We can provide both, so perhaps look before ordering (sensible thing to do) and let us know if you push on.
These batteries are rechargeable, non-spillable, non-hazardous, recyclable and maintenance-free, although they do require a healthy charging regime. This can be achieved by fully charging before first use and after every use; leaving it in a discharged state will cause damage. If a period of 6 weeks passes without use, then a top-up charge will really help keep the battery in good condition.
