This impressive portable speaker comes with a convenient rechargeable battery pack providing 40-watts of built-in power. When your portable speaker will only last for a short period between charges it becomes obvious that you will need to replace the battery pack. What we are offering is a replacement rechargeable battery that will breathe new life into your well-loved device.
Changing your existing battery for the new one is fairly simple. First, open the compartment cover and the latch to access the battery compartment. Remove the existing battery, noting how it was positioned inside the compartment. We recommend taking a picture of the previous setup to compare it when replacing with the new one. You can now replace the battery, ensuring the terminals are facing the correct way up. The terminals must be positioned correctly; with the positive terminal (red) on the side of the EPA control panel to the left, as seen from the rear panel. Close the latch securely and close the battery compartment.
It is crucial that you remember to follow a few charging steps to help keep your new batteries in top condition. Be sure to initially charge your new batteries before first use. Charging after every use after that will keep the cells fresh. Never allow the batteries to discharge for an extended period of time below 50% of their capacity. This will cause permanent irreversible damage to your batteries ultimately leading to buy a replacement sooner than expected. If you are not using your batteries then a top up charge every four weeks will be necessary.
