Although the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged, you should still fully charge them before first use. Your charger will indicate when it has completed charging; it probably won't take long, depending on the charger. The light will generally change to indicate this. Don't skip this important first step; it will help set them up and may extend their overall life expectancy.

It may take a few charging cycles before your batteries reach full capacity. This is a normal part of the conditioning process. After using your equipment, recharge the batteries as soon as possible; do not leave them in a partially discharged state longer than necessary. Avoid fully discharging the batteries, as this can reduce their lifespan and increase costs over time. 

If you don't use your equipment regularly, charge the batteries beforehand, then top them up every four weeks. However, do not leave the batteries on the charger for more than 24 hours at a time.
