Below are the details of a set of new mobility batteries you will need for the Merits Health Products MP3C and MP3F.

Although the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged, you should still fully charge them before first use. There should be no need for many hours; it will probably not take very long at all, just until your charger indicates they are ready. This will, of course, depend on the charger's capabilities; do not install and go without this initial charge, as doing so can shorten the expected lifespan. It's well worth doing.

These 12V batteries are AGM (absorbed glass mat) and VRLA (valve-regulated lead-acid). They are deep cycle and non-hazardous, so they are suitable for indoor use or in electric vehicles. They will not leak, and they have all the features that make them useful for this kind of application. They also require no maintenance.

To ensure you order the right battery, carefully check the code on your mobility device and compare it with the information here. A lot of them are very similar so it can be easy to make a mistake, if in doubt, check the batteries themselves, the dimensions and anything written on the side of them, we have included the physical sizes of the batteries so you can double-check.
