The MBT9B4, manufactured by Motobatt, is a high-power, factory-sealed AGM battery often used to replace the YT9B-4 or YT9B-BS found in a variety of motorbikes and motorcycles. This battery is non-hazardous, rechargeable, and recyclable, and it delivers more amps and cranking power when you need it most.
When you receive it, the battery comes with nuts and bolts to help with installation; looking after it is pretty simple as long as you follow a couple of rules. First, if you use the vehicle every week, you're already doing the best thing; problems can arise during the off-season. Take the battery off the bike, store it off the floor in a dry area, and charge it every 8 weeks to help keep the cells fresh.
