With features like hydraulic brakes, full front and back suspension and a captains seat means ride smoothness and comfort is a priority. Being powered by some the of largest batteries that are fitted to road legal mobility scooters gives the Pride Colt Executive the ability to traverse outdoor terrain up to a staggering twenty six miles! The scooter has too many features to list but it is easy to see why this is such a popular wheelchair.
For your convenience these mobility scooters are installed with a battery pack that is quick and easy to remove so you can charge the battery separately from the scooter, allowing you to have a back up pair of batteries if necessary. Replacing the batteries inside the battery pack is very simple but we recommend using your manual for detailed instructions. You should take your time while doing this as the batteries for this scooter are heavy and produce a lot of power.
Battery care is also very important as the better you care for them the longer they will last you. Upon delivery of your batteries that will be almost fully charged, but before you use them we recommend charging them but never for 24-hours as this will cause permanent damage. Another care process is to charge them after every use, doing this will keep them at peak condition. A useful information sheet comes with your order (or can be found on our website) that you should read as this will in the long run save you money.
