The MB12U by Motobatt has Quadflex four terminals allowing you to choose what way round you need the terminals allowing with this battery to replace a YB12A-A and the YB12AL-A, and since it is a factory sealed, maintenance free AGM battery it does not require a vent like the older acid pack type does. Also comes delivered with spacers, adapters, tools and bolts needed for easy installation.
Looking after your battery is fairly simple; if it’s going into your motorbike and you use it weekly then you are already doing the best thing you can do for the battery. The problems arise when it is not in use, if a period of 8-weeks will pass then you should take off the bike, charge until full and store off the floor in a dry place.
