The Injusa IJ6-7 and iJ6-7.2HR replacement battery is very tough; it is sealed and will not spill even if mounted on its side. It is used in many devices, from computer rack-mounted UPS systems to children's ride-on toys. If it is in a device that has constant mains power then you need not worry about charging as the device will handle this for you.
If the battery does not have a constant mains supply for charging, such as in a child's ride-on toy, keep it as charged as possible; charge it straight after every use; and do not leave it partially or fully discharged for any length of time. If you do not use it regularly, give it a top-up charge every four or five weeks; this will greatly help ensure longer battery life and, of course, save you money in the long run.
