The Shoprider Valencia is a medium-sized, transportable scooter, making it a popular addition to the range. The batteries, the heaviest part, are split into two more manageable pieces, so you can put them in the back of a car. The model is supplied with puncture-proof tyres. This offer includes a matched pair of 12V sealed lead batteries. They go inside the two battery boxes that you have, the standard fit is for 12v 35Ah, they are valve regulated and sealed so will not spill, they are also non-hazardous, so safe for public transport and airlines but you should of course check when you are booking.

Charge your new batteries before first use; it should not take long, as they will be almost fully charged upon delivery. We also strongly recommend charging after every use, but do not leave the battery on charge 24/7; charge it until full, then disconnect. If you don't use the mobility scooter regularly and it sits unused for extended periods, a top-up charge every two months will help maintain the cells' energy and counter self-discharge.
