This size battery is going to be hard to replace in Europe, so it's well worth looking after it. Charge fully when they arrive and are first used; if not in use, recharge every 6 weeks to maintain healthy cells.

As the battery is mainly made from lead, it is recyclable. Please ensure it is directed to a recycling centre at the end of its useful life.
