The Illusion scooter by One-Rehab is designed to be one of the lightest options available, thanks to its construction from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminium. Its lithium battery pack enhances its easy-to-carry design, making it a great choice for travelling or for putting in the back of a car.

With its quick, effortless split design, the Illusion scooter can be dismantled and reassembled in seconds. Even the heaviest part of the scooter weighs less than 10 kilograms! Additionally, this scooter features front and rear suspension for a more comfortable ride, especially on rough or uneven terrain.

This offer is for us to collect your One-Rehab Illusion or Endurance battery box, bring it back to our warehouse, and install a brand-new lithium battery. We will then send your battery box back for you to remove and install on your mobility scooter.

Please ensure you read the information below so you are aware of what you are ordering.

Below are the steps clearly laid out so you understand the process for replacing this battery.

1. You order this replacement battery pack
2. Please tell us a suitable date for collection, when a driver will come to your collection address with a large, heavy-duty, transportable box for you to place your battery inside.
3. Your battery arrives back at our warehouse, where we will check the continuity of the external terminals to confirm it is working and replace the lithium battery inside, disposing of your old battery for you.
4. We will check that the battery box is working with a voltage reading
5. Your box will be sent back out to you fitted with a fresh, ready-to-use battery.
6. If at any point there appears to be an issue with your equipment, we will stop and talk to you before proceeding

Please note, there are only so many of these we can do in one week; it is first come, first served.

We can now convert a standard Illusion box into an endurance box, which involves fitting two batteries to double the distance the scooter can travel between charges. We install a piece of equipment inside the box to control the energy flow between the two sets of batteries. No need to change your charger. In this instance, we would also need to add a controller module as stated.

Many of these boxes are constructed in a slighly different way, some have switches on the outside, some do not, we have not come accross a version that we cannot install new batteries in yet, but obviuously some are more difficult and require extra parts. We will always contact you if there is something out of the ordinary and discuss your options.
