There is not much difference between the 12 and 12U; one uses VHF and the other UHF wireless Microphones, but some also seem to be fitted with T1 terminals and others with T2, so we will send a terminal adapter with the battery to cover either variation.
Your new battery needs proper maintenance to be used continuously. Install and charge it when it first comes. Never leave the battery discharged for an extended period after each use; instead, promptly recharge it. Charge the battery once every six weeks to keep the cells alive even when not in use. Please don't keep it charging longer than is necessary to acquire a full charge. Never charge it for more than twenty-four hours.
