Motobatt are a leading manufacturer of high quality sealed batteries for motorcycles and they produce a wide range of factory sealed, maintenance free AGM batteries to replace the older style acid pack ones. Since it has no acid, it does not need a vent and therefore is able to replace both the YB3L-A and the YB3L-B.
The MB3U has 12-volts, 3.8-ampere and 50CCA which will be more or less fully charged upon dispatch however you should always give it a top up charge before use if possible, if not then a good ride on your vehicle will do the trick. If there is going to be a period of a month or so when not in use a top charge will help keep the battery in good condition.
