For sale here is a factory sealed, non-hazardous and high vibration resistant battery produced by Motobatt that has unique Quadflex technology which gives the MB5U four terminals allowing it to be installed in different orientations so the positive can be on the right or the left, depending on which way round you need it. It will directly replace the YB5LB and the 12N5-3B which fits a wide range of motorcycles, especially the older classic ones.
Although this battery is maintenance free it still needs a healthy charging regime which is best achieved by using the bike weekly. The problems occur when it’s not in use, you should take the battery off the bike, store inside and charge every 8-weeks until charger says full. Upon delivery you will notice that it comes delivered with terminal adapters, bolts, an Allen key and a spacer to help with easy installation.
