The batteries will dispatched to you almost fully charged, but you will still have to charge them before first use, your charger will indicate to you when it has completed a charge, the light will generally change to indicate this, you might just want to fit them and use, but that would be unwise, missing out on charging them first could shorten overall life expectancy.

While is not something that most will even notice but it will take a number of charges and corresponding use in the device before a full capacity charge is reached, this is a normal part of the conditioning process, ensure that after every use that you put the batteries back on charge, letting them sit in a partially discharged state is not wise, going out of your way to fully discharge the batteries will reduce their life span, so do not do it, they may be protracted periods where the batteries are not being used, if this is the case ensure they are fully charged first, then top up every 4-weeks but do not leave on a charger for more than four weeks.
