When you receive your order from us your new batteries will be almost fully charged but you will still need to complete the charge before first use, you do not need to leave it on for hours on end, just until the charger has indicated that it has finished, this first step is important so do not ignore it, do not use without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span
Unless you are a very extended user your will probably not even notice that it can take a number of charge and use in your equipment before a full capacity charge is achieved, this is all part of the conditioning process, after you have used your equipment you should get a charge back into it as soon as you are able, do not leave it sitting around in a partially discharged state for any longer than absolutely necessary, do not try to fully discharge the batteries, it will reduce the lifespan and cost you money in the long run, if it turns out there are periods where the equipment is not being used on a regular basis then ensure the batteries are fully charged before any period of downtime and then topped up every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than 24-hours
