Although the batteries you receive from us will be almost fully charged, the system will still need to complete a full charge. Please note that while this is happening, the system will not be able to provide the full runtime backup period until it has finished. While it may never be convenient in this fast-moving world, it's still best to run without any load at the start so the system can fully reset to the new battery energy level.
Batteries used in this application have an expected lifespan of two to five years; this will vary greatly depending on the general conditions. Ensure there is plenty of ventilation around the device. do not cover the vents or place it next to a radiator, do not use it as a book shelf, if the batteries get to hot all the time it will shorten the life span, If you add more devices over time keep an eye on the load. if you can keep it below 40% it will last longer, while its more than capable of going higher it will be at the expense of the battery life.
