The Invacare Power-Tiger wheelchair is a adaptable paediatric powered chair which over time will accommodate the growth of the child with after market seating which has the ability of accepting a seat as small as 10 x ten inches. Indeed the Orbit seat can also be used on it and it is designed with not only the child but with the carer in mind. It has features such as proper clutch release for easy free wheeling, manual wheel locks as well as motor locks and parking brake. The standard fit batteries are 2x 22NF which is the size of the batteries in this offer.

Looking after your batteries is important, they are a larger expense so its in your interest. If you do it well they will last considerably longer saving you money in the long run. Charge you new batteries when they arrive and first use, it will not take long as they are almost fully charged when delivered. Charge after every use, even if its more than once a day, the more energy you can maintain in the cells the longer they will last, its when they sit in a partially or fully discharged state that they start to degrade. If not being used charge every 8-weeks but all this said do not leave on the charger for any longer than is necessary to obtain a full capacity charge as this can do more harm than good.
These replacement batteries are valve regulated sealed lead acid with absorbed glass mat technology, they will not spill, not-hazardous and safe to travel with as well as being recyclable.
