When your order is delivered to you your new batteries will be almost fully charged, but regardless of this you still need to complete a full charge before first use, Just charge them until your charger LED lights indicate that they are ready, and it will probably not take very long, do not just install and go without this initial charge, doing so can shorten expected life span, it's well worth doing
