The Comac Versa 55 BT, Comac Versa 65 BT, and Comac Versa 65 BTS are compact walk-behind scrubber dryers designed for tight turns, predictable handling, and tidy edge cleaning. They are commonly used for retail floors, schools, care settings and warehouses.

On offer here is a pair of high quality pair of 12V flooded lead-acid blocks. Being flooded batteries, they’re serviceable units with removable caps, designed for regular charge-and-use cycles rather than occasional standby.

Flooded technology is straightforward and tough: plates submerged in electrolyte, decent tolerance for repeated cycling, and predictable behaviour when charged correctly. They do, however, need ventilation during charging, and you should use a charger that’s properly matched to lead-acid profiles rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Your oringal one would be the best suited.

We can also offer an upgrade to sealed GEL batteries which require a little less maintence, these can be selected on the easy upgrade menu.

For best life, recharge after each use instead of leaving them partially discharged overnight, and avoid running the machine until it crawls. Keep electrolyte above the plates using distilled water only, check levels regularly, and wipe away any damp residue around terminals so corrosion doesn’t creep in.
