The Eaton PW9130N1000T-EBM is the tower extended battery module used with selected Eaton 9130 700VA and 1000VA UPS systems to increase backup runtime when the mains supply drops out. This page is for the internal replacement battery set for one tower EBM, not the main UPS itself.

Inside one PW9130N1000T-EBM tower module is a set of six 12-volt 9Ah sealed lead acid batteries. These are AGM VRLA cells, valve regulated and non-spillable, the type used inside the original Eaton extended battery module. AGM VRLA technology keeps the electrolyte absorbed inside glass mat separators, giving the battery stable output, low maintenance operation and safe use in enclosed UPS battery compartments.
Install the full set together rather than mixing old and new cells as this will damage the new ones immediately. Keep the UPS and EBM in a cool, ventilated space, avoid overloading the UPS, and allow the batteries to recharge fully after outages. Regular self-tests help confirm that the tower module is ready when needed.
