The Vita-X is an impressive-looking piece of kit, seen and tested on BBC Top Gear What more of an accolade would you want? Along with its rugged looks and styling detail, it has very good off-road capabilities.

The TGA Vita-X has double wishbone suspension to the front and mono-shock to the rear with pneumatic low-profile tyres on black alloy wheels. With an uprated 900-watt 24v motor, the 70ah standard fit batteries will offer a range of about twenty-five miles (the range might not be as much as some others for the battery capacity input but with increased performance and capabilities that are obvious there has to be a compromise and that is the range). We offer 75ah batteries to directly replace these which will extend that range proportionately, plus other options to increase even further.

The batteries as stated that come as standard with this model are normally 70ah, ours are 75ah so you should experience a greater mileage capacity, but more importantly, there will be more capacity left in the cells at the end of a day's use before recharging this will directly assist the cells to last longer overall saving you money in the long run. The batteries are valve-regulated sealed lead acid they will not spill and are safe to use indoors as well as outside and for travelling including aeroplanes but you should check with your airline at point of booking.

This pair of 75ah batteries will be delivered to you almost fully charged, but you still have to charge them before first use. Also recharge as soon as you can after each and every use. Do not try to run them down, leaving them in a partially discharged state is not a good idea and will only cost you money in the long run as they will not last as long. If they are not being used then recharge them every four weeks but do not leave on the charger for more than twenty hours.
