Fitting of these batteries is quite simple, if you are doing it your self then take sensible precautions, shut down all the equipment that it is protecting first, then the UPS and disconnect all power including the mains lead from the wall. Once you have removed the battery module you will notice that it is two batteries that are taped together with one inverted with a plastic spacer between, use a sharp blade to carefully cut either side of the plastic spacer ( you can peel off the sticker instead but that can sometimes very difficult ) then you can see the cables, just swap them over with the new batteries, another bit of tape to hold them together and put back in the system.
If you have the opportunity we would recommend you power up without any load for the first time to give the batteries a chance to get a full charge, it makes resetting better, you would get a better result if you can leave them in this state for as long as you can, overnight would be good.
