Fitting should only take about five minutes, once you have isolated the ups from your other equipment and the mains power, gently ease a flat edge like a screwdriver along the top of the front panel, and maybe the top of the sides, the front panel should pop off attached only by a ribbon cable, just move this out of the way to show two Phillips screws, undo these and drop down the battery door to expose the batteries, then its just a matter of changing over the wires and putting it all back together again, just think how much money you have saved doing your self.
