GEL batteries are usually recommended by mobility vehicle makers for their ability to take a deeper discharge over a longer period than the AGM type. If you plan to use the full capacity of your battery then GEL would be best, however if you only discharge to 50% then AGM will do a similar job. This pack is for 2 battery / batteries, fitting is quite straight forward, with perhaps equipment, a screwdriver and pair of pliers. If in doubt you should obtain the advise of a professional.
