Your order will be received almost fully charged, but still do charge when it arrives and before use, lead cells will only deteriorate when partially of fully discharged, co try to overcome this by charging after every use, even if that is more than once in a day, try not to allow them to discharge below 50% if you can help it, this will help them last longer.
If the batteries are not being used for long periods then a top up charge every 4-weeks should be made to keep the cells in good order.
