How to charge and maintain Pro-Rider Easyfold Deluxe batteries?
Your new batteries will be able to take many charges over their useable lifetime but most of the damage occurs every time they discharge below 50-per cent and that number will be reduced just that little bit. To maximize the number of uses you get from a battery try not to discharge past this (that’s why higher ampere batteries are a good choice), charge after every use and if not being used for long periods charge every month to keep the cells fresh.

Installing these batteries is fairly simple and can be done with just a screwdriver and some patience. Flip the battery box on its head (on a cloth of some sort to not scratch it) and undo the seven or so screws holding it together. Flip it back over and take off the lid. Inside you will see two batteries and four wires, two to each. Perhaps take a picture or memorise where the wires go so you know how to put them back in the correct place when you swap the batteries over.
