The UPS provides Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to keep connected equipment at safe voltage levels. Phones, networks, and communication equipment are protected from surges/spikes and other power irregularities by the included data line protection. Users can access information about power/battery conditions and configure advanced settings, such as alert of potential power problems and self-test, with a single push of a button on the multifunction LCD display. In order to function and do its job the UPS requires a RBP0051 battery and we are offering a direct compatible replacement for that.
Looking after your new batteries for CP900EPFCLCD
According to CyberPower and the battery manufacturers in this UPS should last between two and five years, but this is not a hard and fast rule; much depends on how they are used. In normal use, the batteries will become hot, and the hotter they become, the shorter their life, so adequate ventilation is required. To get a long battery life, keep the load below 40%. It is capable of much more, but the payoff is battery life.
RBP0051 Installation
Installing the new battery into your UPS is surprisingly easy and the only tool you will need is a screwdriver and five minutes of your time.
Please follow the safety precautions recommended by CyberPower before attempting to replace the battery. These are, turn off and unplug all equipment connected to UPS and then turn off and unplug the UPS from the AC power source.
Remove battery cover by loosening the screw on the bottom of the UPS, you can then slide the battery cover open and put it to one side. Pull out the battery and disconnect the battery connectors, slide new battery into the compartment and connect up the wires. Replace the battery cover and secure with the screw. Perform a cold start but pressing the UPS power button.

They are recyclable because the main component of these batteries is lead or Pb, which can be easily converted into another product. The UPS machine has an energy-saving feature that is also beneficial to the environment. When these have served their purpose, please recycle them along with the batteries you are replacing at your local recycling centre.
