Older Jumpstart packs like these were generally made very well, with better cables and parts, so giving them a new lease of life with a new battery can certainly be worthwhile. But so often Jumpstart packs are only remembered in the depth of the winter when they might be needed in an emergency. They need to be looked after all throughout the year, Charge when the battery arrives and after every use, if it is not being used then recharge every six weeks to keep the cells fresh.
This battery is 18ah, and we can also supply a 22ah and a dedicated 600Phca alternative that we supply to the trade, both these upgrades are the same physical size, and although they are a little tighter around the cabling they will fit and offer a better experience.
