The Lifetek DriverTruk-10 is a semi-electric pallet truck, a manual pump but powered momentum. It has features such as a belly safety cut-out switch to stop you from running yourself over when going in reverse. We all know that such an eventuality would not just hurt, it would be extremely embarrassing too, although no one here is brave enough to admit they have done it. The carrying capacity is rated as 1.8 Tonne and has an auto-idle switch off that comes into play after 120 seconds when not used. Two-speed settings, rabbit and turtle and upto three hours of constant use on a single charge and of course with new batteries.

Two batteries are in this set as required to be fitted to the DriverTruk-10 pallet trucks.

These batteries are valve-regulated sealed lead acid, AGM, they are sealed and will not spill any hazardous liquids. They need no maintenance, except of course, charging. You may note that it will take up to ten charges and use in the equipment before the cells can reach full capacity, this is quite normal and you probably will not even notice.

Manual will state to charge when the indicator gets to 20%. This is not the best way to look after the batteries. Charge when they arrive and after every use, if used daily then recharge every night. Do not leave on charger for any longer than required, overnight is fine but not for days on end.

If its not being used for long periods then recharge every four weeks. Charge the batteries when they arrive and first use. Do not leave on the charger for any longer than required to get a full capacity charge.
