The Luxe Mobility X500 Midi Sport is built for steady, everyday mobility with the kind of stop-start use that quickly shows up a tired power pack. For the Luxe Mobility X500 Midi Sport, the setup is 2 x 12V 20Ah, but as standard we supply 2 x 12V 22Ah.
That means a little extra capacity over the original spec, which can translate into slightly longer time between charges and less voltage sag on hills or when pulling away. It’s a sensible step up without changing the system voltage, so the scooter stays happy while you get a bit more breathing room.

These are sealed lead acid AGM rechargeable battery units, designed for deep-cycle use and to handle repeated discharge and recharge cycles. To keep your new battery set in good shape, charge after each outing rather than running it flat, and avoid leaving it sitting partially discharged. If the X500 won’t be used for a while, keep it topped up regularly and store it somewhere cool and dry.
