Front Access Standby batteries have easy access to the terminals,are used in power backup systems to provide energy in the event of a mains outage, typically powering essential equipment, emergency lighting, hospital systems, data centres, and more.
Front Access battery packs such as these are normally fitted within a rack, it you have a requirement for more that one off then contact us as we might be able to provide a better price for a bult order, especially as these are so heavy to ship. In these systems, it is expected that the batteries are held on a 100% float charge for 99.9% of the time, with a minimal exposure to power dropouts.
This type of battery should never be allowed to sit in a partially discharged state. Generally, in these situations, a battery is expected to last many years; however, outages will shorten its lifespan.
