Sunrise-medical are responsible for a family of brands that may be more recognizable to the end purchaser such as Quickie, Sterling, Lomax, Breezy, Coopers and Zippie.

When you have received your order from us you should charge them and before first use, they will be almost full anyway but just a top up would be a good idea, it will take several uses before they are able to take a full capacity charge, this is quite normal.

It would be best to charge after every use, do not go out of your way to try to flatten them, this will only reduce the life expectancy, if they are not being used then you must also recharge them every four weeks to keep the cells fresh for later use.
